This is a bar cookie that Quentin loves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Temp: 350 degress Time: 15 mins plus 45 mins
2 C Flour
1 1/2 C oatmeal (not instant)
1 pkg Cream cheese (8oz) softened
3/4 C plus 1 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1 C butter, softened
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
1 16oz can Whole Cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
In mixer beat butter, flour, oats and 3/4 C brown sugar till crumbly like sand.
Set aside 1 1/2 cup of this mixture. Press remaining into bottom of greased 13"X9"
baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or till slightly brown.
In mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually add in condensed milk, beating till smooth.
Stir in lemon juice.
Spread over baked crust.
Combine cranberry sauce, starch and 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Spoon over the cheese layer.
Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 45 mins or till golden.
Cool - cut into bars.

Dry Rub for Ribs
Night before cooking, mix
1 Tbsp. Salt or less if desired
1 Tbsp. Granulated onion (or powder)
1 Tbsp. Granulated garlic (or powder)
1 Tbsp. Paprika (plain or smoked)
1 Tbsp. Fresh ground pepper
4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Prepare babyback ribs by removing gristle and silver skin. Cut slightly into edge between bones for easier seperation after cooking. Rub thoroughly into the ribs, cover or seal and place in refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours.
Cover and bake in a sheet pan, or grill pan for 4 hours at 250 degrees.
